Beta Support

For TestFlight beta builds, use TestFlight feedback so device model, app version, and basic diagnostics can be attached by Apple.

When reporting an issue, include:

• Device model and iOS/iPadOS version.
• Recce version and build number.
• Whether the issue happened on iPhone, iPad, or simulator.
• Whether a Meshtastic radio was connected.
• Whether the active radio channel was a named private encrypted Recce channel.
• Map area/state and layer/offline pack involved.
• Steps to reproduce.

Field Safety

Recce is not an emergency service. For emergencies, contact local emergency services or use your established emergency communications plan.

Radio Support

Recce supports user-owned Meshtastic radios in the current beta. Radio behavior depends on firmware, battery, antenna, terrain, channel configuration, and local law. Transmit only if licensed and operating within applicable amateur radio rules.

• Offline map download progress and completion state.
• Public-land, parcel, and operational-boundary source coverage.
• Android/iOS Meshtastic chat, pin, package, and team-location parity on private encrypted channels.
• iPhone/iPad map layout and field usability.
